dry with a slow warming trend. the cold air is coming at us from the north with a small disturbance right here, and that will keep the jet stream over the ocean and we are locked in with a cold and heavy air. with the jet stream in the arctic circle the air is the most dry so we do not have rain in the forecast. we have winds kicking up a wave so not only that but the high tide today could cause minor flooding along the beaches and bay shoreline and the high tide hits at 10:26. at the game temperatures are near 50 but dropping in the middle 40's by the time the get is over. the accweather seven-day outlook shows we will be around 50 to 52 degrees today and tomorrow and sunday and you can see we will hit the mid-50's i by tuesday and mid-50's to near 60 for wednesday and thursday. have a great day.

come mention. authorities received multiple 9-1-1 calls at 12:15. they arrived three minutes later and the teen was already dead. he suffered two or three gunshot wounds. a woman claiming to be his sister spoke with us and said her only brother turned 17 gist -- just four days ago and was visiting from a town near the oregon border and she believed he was in the wrong place at the wrong time and may have been targeted because he doesn't know anyone here. >> if you are not from here and you walk around it is not okay. my brother is a good guy. >> marin county sheriff lieutenant said this is no one in custody. necessity do not even have a description of the shooter but they are still here interviewing

witnesses who possibly heard something or saw something. authorities are not letting on anymore information but they are still interviewing witnesses. it has been 6 1/2 hours since the shooting and they are asking anyone with information to contact the marin county sheriff but they do say they don't believe anyone in this area of marin city is in danger and they believe the shooting was isolate ed. >> thank you. new this morning, police are investigating an armed robbery that unfolded at nordstrom rack at 11:30 at the store in west chester, police got there and they spotted two remain add men and a woman believed to be a hostage. swat arrived and businesses were under lockdown. at 3:30 the drama ended with the hostage safe. officers found 14 people hiding in a back room and the suspects managed to get away.

freezing. i can feel it. you can see it. look at this car. that is what i feel like right now. it has been 28 degrees here this morning in danville and unusual now because the coldest month in danville is usually december so not only officially cold but the timing is off. another unusual sight, a little bit of snow we found, up in the santa cruz mountains yesterday. this cold snap has been going on for a while and the cold can be dangerous. in gilroy and sunnyvale, armories are turned into shelters to try and pull people in off the street. >> the mission is to try to make sure no one dies on the street. we are here to help all that need a warm and safe place to stay. we provide meals and medical attention if needed. >> you have to think about your plants, pipes, and pets.
